Sieben Edmunds Miller Featured as First Law Firm of the Month
With each issue of Attorney at Law Magazine comes an opportunity for one attorney to be featured on the magazine’s cover and written about within its pages. But this month the magazine is not featuring an attorney; it’s featuring an entire firm! Sieben Edmunds Miller is the very first law firm to ever be featured on Attorney at Law’s cover. We’re very honored to be a part of this milestone.
Each of the attorneys who are chosen for features in the magazine have a nuanced and matchless approach to some aspect of their work. The article touches on a few of the reasons Sieben Edmunds Miller is a unique firm, including our philosophy for helping each client meet their legal goals. Sam Edmunds said it best in the article: “We try to be a law firm that takes the extra step. We put in the extra effort that helps us achieve better results for our clients. In our practice areas, it’s easy for a lawyer to sign up a new case and then settle quickly by taking a plea offer or insurance settlement immediately. We try to do the opposite. We tell our clients that we’ll do everything in our power, experience and expertise to work for them to achieve a better outcome.”
As the first law office on the cover, we hope to lead the way for other firms to be featured; it’s a great opportunity to showcase a firm’s values and culture. For example, attorney Mike Miller spoke in the article of our team’s desire to prioritize helping our clients achieve their goals; it’s more important to us than making a “quick buck” by pushing for settlements or plea deals. “Having a good reputation is important to us, not just with our clients, but with judges, opposing counsel and adjusters,” Mike said. “They have to know that the people at this firm are honest, ethical and aggressive for us to get results, and these qualities are vital in anyone we may hire. Our growth as a firm has to be done the right way.”
