Alexandra Johnston originally began her schooling for Criminal Justice before transitioning into Paralegal Studies. At the beginning of her career, she began working as a filing clerk for a small firm, and since then has worked her way up to where she is today: the Personal Injury Paralegal for Attorney Michael Miller at Sieben Edmunds Miller.
In this role, Alex assists Attorney Michael Miller with client contact, setting up both no-fault and liability claims and working them from start to finish. These cases require many tasks such as completing demand packages, preparing for arbitrations, and preparing for cases for trial.
Alex is proficient with discovery and the litigation process in personal injury cases. She has been working in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury for ten years. Her experience includes cases stemming from motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls, dog attacks, and both dental and medical malpractice.
Prior to working with Sieben Edmunds Miller, Alex gained valuable experience at several personal injury firms in both Minnesota and North Carolina. Alex obtained her Diploma in Business Administration from the Minnesota School of Business in 2012, and later graduated with her AAS in Paralegal Studies from Rasmussen College in 2017.
Personal injury clients appreciate that Alex is friendly, polite, professional, and knowledgeable, and will go out of her way to assist in any way she can. During difficult times after an injury, clients’ only concerns should be focusing on their treatment and recovery, while Alex and Attorney Miller professionally handle the legal aspects until resolution and settlement.
Outside of the office, Alex enjoys spending time with her family and two young children – who definitely keep her busy!
