Kennedy Schroeder is a Legal Assistant and Receptionist at Sieben Edmunds Miller, where she helps support the firm’s attorneys and clients through a variety of administrative and client-facing responsibilities. In her role, Kennedy assists with client intake, scheduling, file organization, and day-to-day office coordination while helping ensure clients feel welcomed and supported from their very first interaction with the firm. 

Kennedy is a law school student at Mitchell Hamline School of Law and brings a strong interest in criminal law and personal injury to her work at the firm. Prior to joining Sieben Edmunds Miller, she worked with Mitchell Hamline’s Student Self-Help Clinic, where she assisted pro se litigants with legal forms and court-related documents. 

Originally from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Kennedy earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she double majored in Legal Studies and Sociology while also earning a certificate in Criminal Justice. 

Known for being organized, detail-oriented, and eager to help wherever needed, Kennedy values creating a welcoming environment for clients who may be navigating difficult moments in their lives. She believes people should not be defined by their worst moments and appreciates the opportunity to help clients take important steps forward during challenging times. 

Outside of work and law school, Kennedy enjoys reading, attending sporting events, spending time outdoors, and traveling whenever she can. She is also a devoted dog lover and enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Chopper.
